Supplemental Health Care is seeking Skilled Nursing LPN/LVNs in Denton, Texas for a contract assignment at a partnering State supported living center. SNF LPN/LVN Contract Details

• $1,340 – $1,477 per week
• State-supported living center
• This is a group home setting
• Heavy Med Pass
• Duties can include: food prep, light housekeeping and laundry
• Patient acuity may vary by location
• AM shift available
• 26-week contracts with the opportunity to extend
• LPN/LVN will provide nursing care within their scope of practice and in accordance with the standards of the facility
• Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals. Please speak with a recruiter for details.

Requirements:

• Texas LPN License
• AHA BLS
• 1 year of experience as an LPN
• Skilled Nursing experience preferred
