Job Description:

Supplemental Health Care is working with a hospital in Salem, Virginia to hire Medical-Surgical LPN / LVNs. Med Surg LPN / LVN Contract Details:

• $1,098 – $1,197 per week
• NOC shift available
• 13-week contract with possibility to extend
• Consult and coordinate with facility health care team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans
• Administer and record prescribed medications
• Report adverse reactions to medications or treatments

Requirements:

• Current Virginia Nursing License
• American Heart Association BLS
• 2 years of recent relevant nursing experience
