- Start date April 21, 2025 -- July 19, 2025
- 8:00 am - 4:30 pm with 30 minute lunch; guarantee of 32 hours/week (does not apply orientation week)
- Work setting: Skilled nursing facility
- Minimum of 1 year experience with adult population
- Location: Owenton, KY
- 90% productivity expectation
