Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel Surgical Technologist for a travel job in Los Angeles, California.

Job Description and Requirements

Certified Surgical Tech – CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room)

Shift: 3x12-Hour Days (Start between 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM → 11:00 PM)
Schedule: 3x12s per week + 4th shift every 3rd week
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Floating: Possible within hospital
Flu Vaccine: Required – No exemptions

Position Details:

• Ratios: 1:1
• Experience Required:
  • Minimum 2 years CVOR
  • MUST SCRUB
  • CABG, Valve, Aortic Aneurysm Repair required
  • Transplant, ECMO, Heart Devices – Preferred
• Certifications:
  • BLS – Required
  • CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) – Preferred
• On-Call: Yes – 2x 12-hour calls per 6 weeks
• Weekends: 3–4 weekend shifts every 6 weeks

• License Verification (Valid California permanent license required – no temp licenses)
• Skills Checklist (CVOR-specific)
• 2 Supervisor References
• Nursys Report – Dated within last 2 weeks
• COVID Vaccination Info
