Job Summary and Qualifications

Certification or Registration: Current American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support or obtain within 7 days of date of hire Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Ability to collect, interpret and report data and information related to patient care; ability to deliver safe and effective patient care with scope of practice; ability to interact and communicate effectively with others; ability to prioritize multiple activities and problem-solve with assistance from supervisory personnel as appropriate

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN / LVN), or Certificate, or associate degree

Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center (EIRMC) is a full-service hospital with 318+ patient beds. Our hospital is the largest medical facility in the region. We serve southeast Idaho, western Wyoming, Yellowstone National Park, and parts of Montana. Our facility has an ER, a Level II Trauma Center, a Level 1 ICU (one of two in Idaho), and the only Burn Center in the state of Idaho. We have the region’s only Pediatric Intensive Care Unit for critically ill children. Our 74-bed Behavioral Health Center offers inpatient and outpatient mental health care for adolescents and adults.
